Thoughtful, generous dinner experiences with a curated à la carte menu. The evening setting is more intimate, focusing on recipes rooted in Indian households with cuisines from North East, Bengal, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sindh, and beyond.
Orlo Bar Program
At our highball bar, every drink is high on India. Quarter bottles from theka, soda at paan shops, and banta on hot days. It’s casual, nostalgic, and full of familiar flavours, with bold regional spirits and fizzy homemade sodas. This is how India already drinks; we’re just giving it its own stage.
